My connection to real estate began in childhood, helping with my family’s rental business. My father, a ship scrapper by trade, used the proceeds from that work to become a landlord, and I grew up learning every aspect of managing rental properties firsthand. Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked for large corporate property management companies, specializing in turning around distressed and underperforming properties. That experience gave me a deep understanding of operations, tenant relations, and strategic problem-solving. Today, I combine this diverse background to help small landlords run their properties more efficiently, avoid costly mistakes, and maintain positive tenant relationships—always with a focus on practical, ethical solutions that benefit everyone involved.
