I think you should go for the challenge and climb the peak, not just lie on the grass. The sun is nice, but the view is better. New Year’s resolutions are useless. Everyone knows that. They don’t work and the numbers prove it. I won’t waste time with them here because people keep making them, ignoring their true goals. I promise this is about real estate. I’ve almost never seen a property without big issues.
Maybe I like issues. I like fixing things.
And when I did luxury housing, for a short time, I dug until I found issues to fix. I think of myself as a captain or a treasure hunter when I deal with investment properties. This year don’t delay your property project(s). Get into the details. Find the problems, big and small, and conquer them. Accomplishing something big brings a deep sense of fulfillment and boosts your confidence for future challenges. Also, your wallet will thank you.
